Privacy

This page explains what this website collects, why, and for how long. The site belongs to the real estate agent named at the top of every page. If you have a question about your information, or want it deleted, use any channel on the Contact page.

Page views

The site counts page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, to learn which listings people look at. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and does not identify you or follow you across visits or other websites.

For each page view it records the page address (without anything after a question mark), the site you came from, your browser, operating system, device type and country, and how fast the page loaded. Cloudflare receives your IP address to handle the request, then discards it at its nearest data center without storing it. This information may be processed outside the Philippines on Cloudflare's network.

Page-view data is kept for 6 months: in full for the first 7 days, then as a reduced sample. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Your IP address

Every visit passes through Cloudflare, which hosts the site. Like any web server, it sees your IP address and browser type so it can deliver the pages. The site's own request logs are kept for 3 days and then deleted automatically. Cloudflare's own handling of this information is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Saved listings and theme

When you star a listing, its ID is saved in your own browser, not on this site's servers. Your choice of light or dark theme is saved the same way. Both stay in your browser until you clear its site data, and they are never sent to this site.

Fonts

The text on this site uses a font loaded from Google Fonts. To deliver it, Google receives your IP address and browser type. This site does not store that information. See Google's privacy policy.

Email form

If you use the form on the Contact page, your email address and message are sent to the agent's email inbox through Cloudflare Email Service, so the agent can reply to you. This site does not keep a copy. Your message then stays in the agent's email inbox, like any email you send them.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not an automated program, is sending it. Turnstile looks at information about your browser and device to do this. This site stores nothing from Turnstile; how long Cloudflare keeps this information is described in Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.

Listing videos

Some listings have a video from YouTube or Facebook. Nothing loads from either until you tap play. Once you do, YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode) or Facebook receives your IP address and browser type to play the video, and may set its own cookies. Admin sign-in

Only the agent and the site's developer can sign in, using Google. When they do, the site keeps only their Google account email address (not their name, photo or anything else from Google, and not their IP address or browser details), for as long as they have admin access; if their access is removed, the email is deleted the next time they visit the admin, or by hand. It also sets a session cookie so they stay signed in; the cookie lasts until they sign out, or about 30 days after they last used the admin. Tapping "Sign in with Google" sets a short-lived cookie that only carries the sign-in step and is removed when it finishes. If any other Google account tries to sign in, it is turned away and its email address is not stored. Otherwise, this site sets no cookies for visitors.

Changes

If what the site collects changes, this page will be updated.
